Cancellation Policy
Delivery & Setup: Enjoy free delivery and setup for events within a 20-mile radius of Beaumont, TX. Our team will ensure your wall is perfectly arranged for your special occasion. Extended Delivery: For locations beyond the 20-mile radius, a $100 delivery charge will apply. We want to make your event beautiful, no matter where you are! Rental Duration: Our wall is available for a 24-hour rental period. For longer events, please contact us for special arrangements. Furniture Rental: Any furniture must be rented alongside a floral, boxwood, wooden, or shimmer wall. Furniture will not be rented separately. Damage Policy: Any damages incurred during the rental period will be charged extra. Booking: For every booking, a signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit are required to secure your reservation. For large events requiring more than one rental, please make reservations at least one week in advance to guarantee availability. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the event will result in the 50% deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations within 3 days will forfeit the deposit.
